Attend A Hands-On Workshop at Converge 2015

If you’ve ever been to a fantastic professional conference, you may have experienced the feeling. You spent the last several days trying to simultaneously absorb amazing new ideas, translate those ideas to your own experiences and meet (and be reasonably social) with some amazing new contacts. That can leave you feeling exhilarated, excited and ready to take on some major changes at your institution. And you’re probably out of business cards.

It might also leave you feeling just a tad overwhelmed, and I want you to know that it is 100% normal. We’ve all been there! I know that I’ve learned a ton if I’m boarding the flight home and not quite sure where to start first. I also know that once I get back into the office, it becomes much more difficult to dig in and make time to digest and process some of the things that I’ve learned. At Converge 2015, we’re trying to give you another option.

The workshops on Friday, October 23rd are designed to help you balance the fire hose of information with some more hands-on, small group training. The idea is that by the time you return your seat to the full and upright position, you’ll not only be fired up and ready to make changes, but have some tactical, personal and immediately actionable next steps.
